Terms of Use & Purchase Conditions

The visitor or user of the website www.trisdiastato.com must read the following terms carefully before using our services. Browsing our store and making purchases indicates the unconditional acceptance of these terms.

1. Orders & Product Availability

Trisdiastato.com manufactures and prints products (special confectionery items, etc.). We make every effort to ensure the continuous availability of raw materials, however, there may be changes in delivery times due to unforeseen shortages from our suppliers.

• Order Processing: Orders are processed on business days and hours (Monday – Friday, 10:30 – 18:30).

• Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. When your order is ready to ship, you will be notified by a new email/SMS that includes the tracking number.

• Out-of-stock items: In the event of a product shortage, we will contact you immediately (by phone or via e-mail/SMS) to modify or cancel the order. If communication is not possible within 10 days, the order will be automatically canceled.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Shipments are made through partner courier companies (Courier / Box Now).

• The usual delivery time is 1-4 business days for most regions of Greece.

• For island destinations, the Peloponnese, Epirus (except for large urban centers) and inaccessible areas, delivery may take from 3 to 5 business days.

• Our company is not responsible for delays due to force majeure (e.g. extreme weather events, strikes, customs delays).

4. Returns & Withdrawal

Returns for standard designs (print on demand):

All products in our catalogue are made and printed only after you place an order (print on demand), in the size you select. Our business does not keep ready-made stock.

Because our products are made to order, we accept returns within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt under Greek Law 2251/1994 only if you accidentally selected the wrong size.

In that case, returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. It must be unopened, unused, and unaltered.

• It must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Exceptions to the right of return (custom products): For products made or printed to your specifications (custom molds, stamps, or personalized items), returns are not accepted, as these items cannot be corrected or resold. They must be paid for in advance; cash on delivery is not available.

Defective products: In the event that you receive a proven defective product or an incorrect code through our fault, please contact us within 7 days. We will immediately replace it or refund your money (within 14 days), fully covering the shipping costs.

5. Newsletters & Communication

By subscribing to the Newsletter or completing a purchase, you consent to receiving informative and promotional material. Your personal data is completely secure and is not shared with third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the corresponding link at the bottom of our emails.

6. Modification of Terms

Trisdiastato.com reserves the right to freely modify, at any time and without notice, the prices, terms of use and conditions of transactions. Visitors should regularly check this page for any changes.
