Product Shipping

Our products are produced and printed upon order. Orders are shipped via ACS Courier and her BOX NOW, offering you flexibility in choosing the delivery method that suits you.

• Standard Products: Products that are not custom and are already available on our website are shipped within 2 to 4 business days. Delivery to the recipient is usually made within the next 2 business days. Excluding island destinations and the Peloponnese, where delivery is estimated at 3-4 business days.

• Custom Products: Orders that include custom designs are shipped within 15 working days, depending on the number and degree of difficulty of the design. Delivery to the recipient takes place within the next 2 working days, with the exception of the islands and the Peloponnese, where the delivery time is 3-4 working days.

  Shipping costs vary depending on the carrier you choose:

  • BOX NOW: 3€

  • ACS Courier: 3,50€

  When paying by cash on delivery, an additional fee applies 2,50€.

  
  

Shipping to countries within the European Union

Shipments to Cyprus and other European Union countries are handled by BOX NOW, with its main partners FedEx Express and DHL Express. Parcels are delivered to shipping address you provide at checkout.

Delivery takes place within 10–15 business days after your order is dispatched from our store.

Shipping costs are as follows:

• Cyprus: 7€

• Other European Union countries: 15€

  
  

Returns Policy

Due to the uniqueness and nature of our products (molds and seals), which are manufactured exclusively for you, returns are not accepted. These items cannot be subsequently corrected or resold.

In the exceptional case that you receive a defective mold or stamp, please contact us within 7 days from receipt. You can email us at info@trisdiastato.com or call us at 6987789242, in order to proceed immediately with a replacement of the product. In this case, the transportation costs for the replacement are entirely borne by our company.
