Receive order request & order fulfillment

Trisdiastato.com is an online store that prints and creates confectionery and non-confectionary products. To create our products, we collaborate with suppliers from abroad and within the country. As we take every possible measure to procure raw materials so that there is availability in our products, there is a possibility that shipping and delivery times may differ due to lack materials. For this reason and in order to fully inform you and provide you with the greatest possible protection from unforeseen events, orders are completed as follows:

Send order request

You can navigate our online store, freely select the products of your choice from Trisdiastato.com and place them in your shopping cart. Then, following the 'steps' indicated to you each time, you should proceed to send your order request to our company. In order to provide you with better and more complete service and to facilitate your future purchases, during your first order you register as a user of Trisdiastato.com by filling in all your personal information requested in the corresponding registration form. Then, each time after completing your purchases, you fill in all the details of your order request that appear in the order form. In any case, each time you send a request to order to our company, you must first have accepted these terms of use, which govern all transactions between us. You are also responsible for the accuracy and legality of your above information, which our Company only knows upon your declaration.
Upon sending your order request, an automated message appears that includes the details of the order request that our company will receive, which is also sent to you at the email address you have provided to us. All your requests are received by us subject to checking the availability of the products included in your order request (which check is carried out after the start of the processing stage that follows your request). During the stage of receiving your request and automatically displaying the content of your order request, the processing of your request by our company has not yet begun.

Processing an order request

• If your order request is sent between 10:30 and 17:00 on a working day and time (from Monday to Friday) then you will immediately receive a message at the email address you have indicated to us, that your request is being processed by our company. Otherwise, you will receive this message within the next working day. During the processing of your request, the availability of all the products included in your order request is checked.
• If all of the products included in your request are available within the delivery time indicated in our online store, a message will be sent to the email address and/or mobile phone number you have provided us with, confirming your order and including all of its details along with the shipping track number. The products will then be shipped based on the delivery schedule of our partner courier company.
• In the event that any of the items you placed in the order are not available and/or that a product will be available after the delivery time indicated in our online store, then our Company will contact you either by message to the email address and/or mobile phone number that you have provided to us or by direct telephone contact with you through its representative (or by all of the above methods) in order to agree with you on any modification, correction or cancellation of your order. If it is not possible to contact you for a period of 10 days from the sending of your order request, your request is automatically canceled and you will have to send a new request to us again. In any case, any new order of yours (modified or not) will be sent to you again with a new email message and/or to the mobile phone number that you have provided to us, and this message will also constitute the confirmation of your order on the basis of which you will execute your order. The products will then be shipped based on the delivery schedule of our partner courier company.
• Our Company may contact you via email and/or text message to the mobile phone number you have provided to us during your registration throughout the period up to and including the delivery of your order to you for any matter relating to the receipt, processing, execution and/or transfer of your order and/or payment and/or return of the products or for anything else. The parties agree that such communication (via email and/or text message to the mobile phone number you have provided to us) also covers the legal requirements of informing you in writing, notifying you, confirming your order, where and when the law requires it. In case you wish to express your objections, or to provide you with clarifications regarding the content of a message you have received as mentioned above, or for any other reason, you can contact us either by sending an email and/or a reply message to the SMS you will have received and/or by calling us directly at the following telephone numbers: 2521098965, 6972687246.

Your registration to our Company's newsletter service is completed by entering your email address in the corresponding field on our page or after registering or completing a purchase from our website. By completing your registration/purchase, you give us your express consent to our Company sending you informative and promotional material about its products and services, as well as related advertising messages.

Trisdiastato.com is not responsible if newsletters are not delivered to their destination, although it makes every effort with ISP's (Internet Service providers) to deliver them. Newsletters may end up in the spam folder, so please check regularly that they are not stored there. In case you wish to no longer receive newsletters or wish to unsubscribe from the Trisdiastato.com news sending system altogether, you can inform us using the contact form on the Website or via the corresponding link that appears in our newsletter emails that you receive. We do not provide information about your name, surname, home address or other personal data to third parties.

Product Delivery – Shipping Costs

In any case, your order will be sent to you by our company or by a partner carrier of its choice during working hours and days (Monday - Friday, 10:30-17:00). 

According to the basic delivery schedule of our partner courier company, deliveries are as follows: 

In the capitals of prefectures on the next business day after the products are sent to the carrier. Excluding the Peloponnese (except Patras), Epirus (except Ioannina and Arta) and the Islands (except Corfu). 

In other areas within 2 business days from the time the products are sent to the carrier, excluding remote areas which can be delivered in 5 business days. 

Our company and its partners take all necessary measures for the valid delivery to you of the products you have ordered based on the above schedule. However, it is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or events beyond its control. For example, it is not responsible for causes of delivery delays due to delays at customs, intermediate loading-unloading areas, transport strikes or other types of strikes that affect the delivery of products to our company's warehouses by our suppliers, etc. 

In the event of any delays, our company will make every effort to contact you using the information you have provided in order to inform you and to agree with you on the new delivery or the delivery of another product. Although we have taken every possible care to inform you in relation to the possible lack of availability of a product, there is still the possibility that there will be an unexpected lack or unavailability of the product from our suppliers (even after confirming your order). In this case, our company will again make every effort to contact you based on the methods of communication mentioned above in order to inform you and agree with you on the new delivery or the delivery of another product or the cancellation of the order without penalty for both parties and the interest-free refund of any money that may have been paid within a reasonable period of time. Without prejudice to any specific charges that will be expressly provided for in a product posted on our website and in any case in your order confirmation.

Product Withdrawal & Returns 

If for any reason you wish to return any of the products you purchased, you have the option of replacing it with another of equal or greater value and also receiving a refund by following the instructions below: According to the Consumer Protection Law (Law 2251/1994), you have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt and must be accompanied by the sales receipt/invoice. In any case, the return costs are borne by the customer. Returns are accepted only when the product is in the same condition in which you received it, i.e. without its packaging having been unsealed or tampered with and is accompanied by the retail sales receipt. For this reason, it is advisable to check the condition of the products and the integrity of their packaging upon delivery of the order, in order to detect any obvious defects (e.g. broken goods, incorrect content, etc.).

Defective products

If you find that the product you received has a defect or is missing a component, you can inform us either by phone at 2314069315, 6987789242 or by email at info@trisdiastato.com to resolve the problem. In the case of returning the product and after we determine that the error is due to the manufacturer, we will undertake, at your request, either to replace it at our own expense or to refund your money, which will be made within 14 days from the date we receive the product.

Cancel order

It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases: 

a) Before shipping/receiving the product – Cancellation is possible by sending an e-mail to the email address info@trisdiastato.com or by calling 2314069315, 6987789242

b) After receiving the product – You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days.
