Our products are produced - printed afterwards order and shipments are made through ACS COURIER. There is also the possibility of sending by BOX NOW after consultation with the customer.
Products that are not custom and already exist on our page shipped within 2-4 working days and are received by the recipient on the following 2 working days, except islands and Peloponnese where delivery is made to 3–4 working days.
Orders that include custom designs shipped within 3-15 working days (depending on the number and difficulty of the design) and are received by the recipient the next ones 2 working days, except islands and Peloponnese where delivery is made to 3-4 working days.
We do not accept returns because molds and stamps cannot be repaired. In the event that you receive a defective mold or stamp, please email us at info@trisdiastato.com or call us at 6987789242 within 7 days so that a replacement can be made. Transportation costs are borne by our company.
