Payment

Payment for your orders can be made in the following ways:

• Cash on delivery. You pay the price of your order to the courier who will deliver the goods to your location. Payment by cash on delivery has an additional cost. 2,5€ regardless of order amount.
• Credit/debit card Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners via vivawallet. No additional charges regardless of order amount, while any bank transfer costs are borne by the customer. In the event that we charge transfer fees, the order will not be shipped and you will need to contact us. Thank you for your understanding.
• Bank deposit. If you choose bank deposit as your payment method, contact us and we will email you the bank account number for your deposit. The deposit amount must match exactly the amount of your order. In order for your order to proceed, we need to see the money in our account, so the shipping of your order may be delayed by an additional 1-2 days. No additional charges from us regardless of the order amount.

For any other bank that involves a bank transfer you are responsible for the transportation costs.

In the event that the business is charged with shipping costs, the order will not be shipped until the bank transfer is correctly completed and the order is closed for accounting purposes.
