For your convenience and faster service, our online store supports the following payment methods:

1. Credit or debit card via Viva Wallet You can pay for your order securely with a credit, debit, or prepaid card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, or Diners). Payment is processed through the secure Viva Wallet environment.

• There is no additional charge for card payments.

2. Instant payment via IRIS Pay instantly and securely from your mobile phone using your bank’s mobile banking app, with no additional fee:

Important note about transfers from other banks: If you transfer funds from another bank, you are responsible for all bank transfer fees. When making the transfer, make sure to select the fee option “OUR”(all fees are paid by the sender), not “SHA” (fees are shared). If our business incurs incoming transfer fees, we will not ship the order until the outstanding amount has been paid and accounted for. Orders paid by bank transfer are shipped once the funds have cleared in our account. This may add 1–2 business days to the delivery time.

4. Cash on delivery Pay for your order in cash to the courier company representative when your parcel is delivered.

• Cash on delivery is subject to an additional fee 2,50€, regardless of the total amount of the order.

Transaction Security

All card payments are processed exclusively through the approved Viva Wallet electronic payment platform. During the transaction, the platform uses TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption works as a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate, unique key.

Your credit and debit card details are not stored at any stage in our online store systems, ensuring the absolute protection of your personal data.
